Thanks to all our members and volunteers. Jul 26, 2023, 4:39 pm Great to be back at the Rhondda Bowl which has hosted all our presentation nights pre-Covid. Well, it was a roller coaster season for the club. From the dissapointment of losing so many U18 and U16 players at the start of the season causing us to withdraw from both age groups, our remaining teams (U10, U12, U14 and Senior) all completed their fixtures with varying degrees of success, culminating in the U12's team deservedly winning the South Wales Cup Final on 25th June. That U12 team had six players, Finley Evans, Evan Fletcher, Liam Goodwin, Jaeden Higgins, Cain Jones and Mason Jones, all selected to represent Wales at the U13 international level in various tournaments all over England. Our other international player Maizie Holland, who has been playing in our U14 team, was selected to the Wales U15 squad which played in tournaments in Scotland and in Spain this season. Sadly, Maizie is now leaving the club to play in an all female team at Cardiff Archers next season.....our best wishes for the future go with her. So to the individual awards:- U10 Player of the Year............. Noah Mings U10 Most Improved Player........Ben Rogers U10 Best Defensive Player........Ethan Evans U12 Player of the Year.............Finley Evans U12 Most Improved Player.......Tyler Brewin-Morgan U12 Best Defensive Player........Liam Goodwin U14 Player of the Year..............Maizie Holland U14 Most Improved Player........Theo Jones U14 Best Defensive Player........Ieuan Harding Senior Player of the Year..........John Hiles Senior Most Improved Player.....Morgan Hall Senior Best Defensive Player.....Brandon Abley. Hope to see everyone back for the start of pre-season training week commencing 7th August.

Nov 10, 2022, 5:35 pm Congratulations to Rhys Cornelius who not only represented Wales at the U18 Four Nations tournament in Cardiff earlier this year, but who was voted Tigers Most Improved U18 Player for the 2021/2022 season. Unfortunately Rhys is now leaving Tigers as the club has been unable to field an U18 team this season. We wish Rhys well at whichever club he now joins. Nov 27, 2021, 9:26 am Tough loss for U14s this evening at Pontypridd Panthers. Tigers worked hard but a well organised Panthers team were a tough act to beat. MVP Gethin.
